Tomorrow while hubby is having his outpatient surgery, I will be making some telephone calls. The tenant on the vacant side did not clean out the place well. In fact she may not really be done, but come on girl, you did not even pay any rent in July they tell me. There is furniture and there are appliances, and ewwww a smelly cat tray. Without her decorating sense, I can see that there needs to be some painting and patching done. Hubby would like it all paneled. I say "no way". I will call her mom, who is the city clerk and ask what the daughter is going to do. I will get utilities put into our name. We took a coffee pot over, and that must be the important part to @finlander60. We verbally gave notice to the other tenant. He has a lot of stuff to move, and the shed or garage is full of his demolition car stuff. I did not see any bugs anywhere. And the house has been treated. I also used a homemade concoction that smells good and is supposed to repel spiders, ants and such. It made the whole house smell better. Hubby is having his last cup of coffee before midnight. He cannot have any tomorrow. I guess it is time to go to bed.
