Opening day at the fair.

The fact that the fair is in town doesn't even do a thing for me. I am faired out. I worked at the fair for several years and traveled with them for a couple too. I worked in the nickel pitch and I learned about the flat stores and all the carny stuff. It was so interesting to me. It used to be so exciting it was like opening night at a theater or something. I loved the lights, the rides, the joints, the food, the animals, all of it. Now I could care less. I guess I learned all the mysteries and saw the behind the scenes stuff and I am not impressed anymore. I could sure tell some tales and have in my bio I wrote on Bubblews. So, are you a fair junky?

Maybe that word was a bit strong but that is what it seemed to be for me back then.
