I hope it is better than mine.
Strike One:
It's raining and from what the weatherman says it may be like this off and on all day....bah humbug!
Strike Two:
I bought a package of those cinnamon buns you bake in the oven. Well, I bought the wrong kind. I got the kind with cream cheese frosting and I can't eat cheese products. That meant I had to eat mine dry.
I'm still waiting or Strike Three!

A little, at least it finally stopped raining and there is a tiny piece or two of blue sky.

Other than the fact that I woke up a little earlier than I wanted to.. it's not starting off real bad. We plan on doing our school shopping today at the outlet mall, so the weather doesn't matter too much to us. All I want is to be able to find everything we want within our budget and get some good deals.

Good luck with that. Down here school started early this month and the state (ours and many others) had no tax weekend, which save people a lot of money. I hope you get what you need and at good prices.

@AbbyGreenhill We go back after Labor Day. They usually have huge sales Labor Day weekend.. but this is the weekend we have money, plus I don't want to deal with the crowds that will hit on Labor Day weekend... Also I don't like putting things off till last minute. I'd rather be organized and know that I'm done with 2 weeks to go so I can breathe a little easier.

Hope you'll get a better day soon. Mine was considered good, I found out mylot is paying again in the early morning and I just headed here and enjoyed the discussions here. Though I woke up very early because my little girl was crying in the middle of the night, I still enjoyed doing my work in the early morning.

Oh gosh golly, send that rain our way .... our area has been in a drought since 2007 so we still need all the rain we can get. Deserts do that.
