Wasting my time!

A lady had called to surrender her rats to the shelter, she made the appointment for 6:30pm tonight. I show up a little early only for her to call and say she is going to be late. She turned out to be an hour late for her appointment, which we are all volunteer run so this was my own time. She shows up says her daughter is so upset, she is giving them back to the original owners. She didn't even apologize at all for being one late by an hour, nor for wasting my time. She was rudiculously rude. I just sat staring at her in disbelief. All I wanted to say was thank you for wasting my time biatch. I have things to do than just sit waiting for you to like I care about you or your kids feelings.
