my brother works for a newspaper company-he mainly delivers to stores, and the base. people in town (it's an island) know i'm his sister but lately, people have been asking me questions related to HIS work.like i'm an info booth. "why are the boxes empty?"(the bums got $1.00 and took them all to resell) "why is it late today?"(press broke again) "why didn't i get X paper in X place?"(because it's wednesday with a blue moon.i don't frickin know) ..people,i DON'T WORK THERE.He does. i guess they expect me to complain to him, when they should be calling the paper. but they won't,because the chick that answers the phone has a heavy, hard to understand accent. plus she's seemingly dumb as a brick. does anyone else run into this as far as siblings go? i'm beginning to think they should make me an unofficial employee..

I don't have any siblings. Had a step brother for seven years and that was enough for me. He was adopted, had been separated from his other two brothers, and was angry because of it. He took it all out on me. Be glad your siblings are at least nice to you. Hopefully they are.

This is ridiculous to say the least.I was just imagining a scenario when I was working, that my boss would call up my husband and complain against me

Luckily , as far as sibilings' jobs go, I"ve never had to deal with this. Of course I do hear complaints all the time at my own job,b eing that I work in a small department.
