What Doesn't Smell When You Cook It??

As I mentioned earlier, we have another viewing tomorrow morning and so the house doesn't smell, we are having a salad... again. While I usually like salads, I'm getting a bit tired of them but I can't think of a single thing that doesn't have some kind of odor when you cook it. I have to admit however, that we do like all things spicy and eat a lot of Mexican and Indian, but we can't chance it just in case.
I remember walking into someone's house several years ago and the first thing that I could smell was Indian food and it wasn't a pleasant smell, even though we actually eat a lot of it. The best thing to do it seems... is to stick with uncooked.
Any ideas??

You're trying to sell your house? I would absolutely recommend cooking something that instantly smells inviting, enticing, and would remind potential buyers of a cozy home. The best example I can think of is cookies. That covers up the smell of almost anything else, and a lot of real estate agents actually use that as a ploy to further entice buyers. :)

@Hate2Iron Hey, uh...you're totally inviting me over for dinner tonight, right?
Also, more on the topic of your post, you could always eat out. :) Good excuse for fast food, especially if (like us) you don't eat it very often. It's nice to indulge once in a while. :)

@phyrre I have tried that one on hubby and it just might work. We are getting tired of the same old thing so that we don't smell up the house. And yes, I will bake extra peanut butter cookies for you too. ;)

A friend of mine who is trying to sell their house made fried chicken last week, and after that they made cookies to make the house smell nice.

@Hate2Iron
No, sandwiches don't have much smell to them. So then your house won't smell like food when people are walking thru. Although...I guess if you'd like to leave out some cucumber sandwiches with the crusts cut off for the people viewing your house, they might think the sellers are "classy" or whatever.
