Do you Set Yourself Goals on MyLot?

United Kingdom
September 1, 2015 3:44pm CST
I remember being a regular user of Bubblews back in the day when I started motivating myself by setting myself daily, weekly and monthly goals. All that helped me on my way to achieving and averaging around 30 dollars per day on Bubblews, but that was in the golden era of that community. Those times are long gone now. Since I am fairly new with Mylot and I am still getting only the hang of it all, barely, I was wondering whether any of you experienced MyLotters are setting yourself daily goals on the website and if so, what are those goals?

When I returned to myLot in the beginning of August I didn't have much time to spend here, and I only earned a few cents per day. At that time I didn't really think about goals, because I knew that I wouldn't be able to earn much. I don't have a daily goal for September, but I would like to earn 10 dollars before the end of the month so that I will get paid in middle of October. MyLot is different from other sites because we don't get paid per post, but I try to be active, and I read, write and interact as much as possible.

No, I have yet to set any goals. I mainly come on, to have fun and interact with the connections I have made. Sharing a few laughs, etc. The money adds up a little at a time, and I am content with that.

I don't set any goasl in here except to have fun, and I do that everytime I interact with other users. I find it is best not set goals, as I would get mad at myself if I didn't meett them.

@allen0187 It certainly is easy, and once I start interacting, I just want to do more and more.

I just hope to manage 30 cents a day so I can cash out each month. If I can do that I'll be happy.

What do you do to reach 30 cents a day? I'm curious how many comments and posts you make daily to reach 30 cents.

@loki1982 thanks for the info. Will start with the numbers you posted here, 5-7 discussions and about 30 comments. Should be manageable.

I seem to pop in every couple of hours, so it all depends on what I'm doing on any given day. Today, I was quite busy over here... and loving every minute of it!

I used to set goals when I was writing for Bubblews too. I don't think I will do the same for this site though. I'll just focus on interacting and writing and not worry much about how much I'd make per day.

@ShowMeHistory I used to have a daily target, say, $2 per day or something like that. It made sense to set a target because I knew how much I was getting per like and comment.

No goals for me here in myLot except that to log in and make at least ten comments in different discussions and post at least one discussion. That's it so far.

I have not been setting goals but one of my good paying jobs just took a dive and I need to use sites like myLot to earn more money. Good luck with your earnings.

@LiamLeath,I can't set goals, because I know it would be impossible for me to achieve them.I lack time. That's the first reason. Then English is not my native language.Often I have to struggle to express myself clearly, properly and impressively here. Therefore it takes me fifteen to twenty to initiate a short discussion here.Isn't it too much?

I am too new here to set any goals.
