Hello friends!
First and foremost, thank you all for always responding to my posts. It's always a pleasure to read from you. I have as ambition to work as an expatriate someday in life - either in an African or Asian country. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and served in the HR function in a multinational company, while traveling extensively across various countries to deliver HR projects.
I'm currently working on my PhD research proposal.
My question is how to secure a job as an expatriate. I have sent so many applications abroad but of no use. I either received auto-generated replies, refusal replies or emails saying that my profile is good but they are not looking for an expatriate at this stage.
Any suggestion friends? Thank you very much.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will surely take into consideration.
I already tried overseas employment agencies. Maybe I should try even more.

This is a hard road to take friend.
Getting the visas and all that for another country, even if one is professional is tough.
I do not know any information personally but I found this and you probably have done all of these already:
I hope you find good luck in your pursuits.
Expatraite jobs are often hard to come by. There are a number of steps you can take to improve your chances of securing the right opportunity when you are looking for a job overseas.

Thank you for sharing this link. Even if this is the road few choose to walk on, I am really ambitious to make it happen for me. I love Africa and I wish someday, I make it there as an expatriate.

@excellence7 I believe God has put this passion in you. Trust Him to make it happen. Turn your whole heart towards Him and ask for the help you need from Him. He will not fail you in this. He is faithful to carry out what His deposited inside of you.

Kevin what is a expatriate, I can't even pronounce it LOL? I know one way of you getting a job that your looking for and that is through prayer. I have heard many testimonies of people who believe in Jesus and His wonder working power to help them in many different ways. You sound desperate so I am going to shoot a prayer up for you! In the name of Jesus I believe for the Lord to work in your life in a way that you will know its HIM.
