The No Responses Option

Still on the theme of the category explore options, I quite like looking at the No Responses section which lists articles from the last 24 hours that have had no comments as yet. Some material there deserves better and it is nice to give the writers some feedback. It must be disheartening when threads vanish un-noticed too often.

I periodicaly check the no response option as if I can related to the topic, then I will resopnd, which will help the user, and to maybe get it started instead of it going nowhere. I would want others to do that for me as well/ It is very disheartening to have discussions with no response, but you are right that they get lost in the shuffle and don't get the recognition they should. Let me be the first to respond to this one, and letl's get it going and keep it going.

That is lovely @rosekiss thank you - this discussion was close to proving its point with irony

@arthurchappell I wanted to make sure that it wouldn't die on you. Now that I have responded, maybe you will get more. Let's hope so anyway.

I like to do the same. Sometimes, it's newer members or members who haven't been active who haven't had any responses (I also make a point of looking a the new user discussions). I admit that there are times I go to the 'no response' category and am not surprised that some have no responses. Some which simply don't seem to make any sense, others which I would be uncomfortable in answering.
But, I will always try to answer at least one of those with no response because, as you said, it must be disheartening to have a discussion disappear into the void.
