Anyone looking for a home and business in Michigan?

Friends of ours have a beautiful home in the UP of Michigan. They have 10 acres and several rental cabins, bait shop and lots of other goodies. The home is custom and it's very nice. If you or anyone you know is looking in that area please give them the link. These people would love to move to Tennessee, but they can't until they sell. Thanks! The only thing I'll get out of a sale is that my friends get to move to my neck of the woods!

I have looked at the photo, this is a wonderful property and it's not expensive. It is too bad that the immigration formalities are so painful, I would like to live there.

That is very nice property but the problem is you would only make money in the summer time. I don't know of anyone wanting a property in that part of the country. Unfortunately properties are not moving that quickly especially in that price range.

@AbbyGreenhill Abby I stand corrected I forgot about hunting and ice fishing in the winter months. Nope property is not selling very fast at all. Hopefully they have their property listed with a good company that is all over the US.

It is all season - hunting in winter and fishing in winter also - I believe they have more business in winter than summer. We are selling some acres, just land, and property anyplace isn't selling.

It's has earned them a nice living - and there customers have become friends. They just need to be done with it at this point in their lives.
