Hi everybody,
I am from the old school. And suffer with technology resistance.
Coming straight to the point, when I see that "like" there, I believe I do like that post or comment.
So why am I supposed to press that once more to convert that into "unlike", which when I revisit the post or comment looks like I have "unliked" it.
I think once we press like it should be highlighted in bold. If we want to unlike the post, i.e., after we've had fair share of arguments and fights and may be, just may be, some abusive exchange, then we should have an option to press "unlike", which should automatically change the bold shade of "like".
And "dislike" is for when I have natural aversion to something like aubergine, which I have to cook today.
I guess you all realized that I am thoroughly
Hope you all do understand my confusion.
Have you all ever found it odd?

Personally, I never ever appreciated the new look of MyLot. I loved the earlier version as it had clarity and finding things that interested me was easy. Also, we had "Friends" back then. I miss that word here.
going with the discussion, the new version is a cross (okay I remember you do not like Genetic Engineering
) hybrid version of Twitter gone Facebook
and somehow both of these only frustrate me more
But it seems they have no plans to revert back to the older format and so as they say, "beggars cannot be choosers", this is apt for me, I have to accommodate because the people I love being with, all here. That is a big reason for me to compromise

@vandana7 When you prefer to stay aloof, it is pretty much like a disapproval, a 'like' on the other hand, is pretty unqualified and specific.
