Do you use water kefir and how?

I have been given water kefir grains. I know the milk kind as I used to use it a lot when I had the culture, but I only found out about the water grains the other day and they are an amazing pro biotic. Just wondered what people found good. I am rather looking forward to having grains to share again.

I have searched because I never heard about water kefir. I see that those "grains" are made by bacteria and yeast. I believe I will skip.
