Today I joined myLot and I have posted two discussions and this will be my third.
I have already seen names on here that I recognise, and my friend Sue aka @sueznewz2 is my first follower.
I have followed Kevin aka @kevin1877uk so today is a day of firsts on myLot. What was your first day here like?
So in those three categories, it is now official, I am no longer a myLot virgin.
Plus I have already made more here than I have all year on Bubblews lol...
I seem to have made a very promising start :D

@LadyDuck Hi Anna, like you I think that seeing familiar faces on a new site really does help you to feel at home. So it is nice to see you and I think that I have followed you. I am still finding my way around but finding friends on here I have folks to turn to for help when I need it :D

@maggs224 It is an interesting new world here. I joined yesterday and today being Sunday I am taking the time to get used to this site. I am following names I recognize and know well and then I will see how things progress. I am still not too sure if regular articles make it here or not but I guess time will tell.

@jaboUK i know 'n aint that jest odd? heck, if'n i changed my handle, folks that knew me from elsewhere'd 've no doubts prolly. but fer others it takes a bit to see their personalities shine through. i understand fer some the need/desire to change 'em, but mercy its tough on this ol' gal!

aint that the truth? that's surely why i kept mine - so folks i knew'd 've no troubles if'n they hunted fer me. i've a few 's well that've said schtuff like, 'nice to see you again!' 'n i'm thinkin', 'who the heck are ya??' lol

Welcome to a friend of my friends and another refugee from the Big ampersand. I was on myLot in the old days, so I think it says I have been here 6 or 7 years or so. But I have been away for at least two years, one of which I have spent blowing bubbles.

@Rollo1 I thought I recognised you Anja, and any bubble blowing friend of my friends is automatically a friend of mine. The buzz here is very similar to how it was in the early days of &, let's hope that it continues to go from strength to strength.

oh eeeem gee! jest love yer title 'n way with words, ms. maggs! so absolutely delighted that yerself 'n ms. @sueznewz2 hopped on 'er. folks 're jest so friendly here (thus far anyhow) 'n we know many folks from the bubbs - jest some 'f not kept their same handles 'n it takes a bit to figure out their other selves, lol. i think i'll dance 'n irish gig!

@maggs224 that irish jig t'weren't the purtiest thingy in the world. hmmm, do i recall how to do any line dances? its been a few years since i've been out to do some boot scootin', i fear i'd prolly mess up a waltz these days. we could surely give it a go 'n 've some great giggles, eh? big

@crazyhorseladycx I am not sure that I would be up to boot scooting myself these days, it must have been over twenty years ago that Sue and I went to line dancing. Seeing as we were pants then, I am sure we would be a disaster now lol... But as for the great giggles bit, I am sure we would have lots of those lol...

@yugocean It wasn't meant to shock or offend but to catch your attention. I seem to have caught your eye and I am so glad that you came over to check it out. I know that for me it is early days, but so far I have seen no trolls or scammers. I hope that it stays that way too.

@gregario888 I am so glad I came, I am already finding it a fun place, and I am enjoying meeting all these new people, so happy that I didn't say no when my friend @sueznewz2 told me about it and invited me over. She was right this is my sort of place :D

@OneOfMany I am about $4 off but my last three previous were not paid so I don't expect this one will be any different lol... Good job I value the relationships I have made more than the money I have not received. It is a real bonus for me that so many familiar faces are here on myLot.

@OneOfMany I still have a foot in both camps, though I am not as active in the other site as I was. I am sure that some time in the future I will have to let one go. As my old dad use to say "You can't ride on two horses with one bum (bum = butt for my American friends) "
