Flowers are beautiful
I do love to take photos of flowers and insect, anything in nature. I’m not a people person when it comes to taking photos of people. No give me flowers any day.
I’ve tried to take photos of people but just not my thing. I did one photo shoot of a lady who was Pregnant and then a wedding, both times I didn’t really enjoy it, although the people did like the photos I did.
Flowers are easier to take.

Yeah I took it a few months ago now, glad it came out of because it was in poor light

@Jdaw1985 That is true but editing in Lightroom or Photoshop helps too. If the light is too dark you can change the setting, ISO but with doing that you bring grain into the photo which is something you don't want especially if you are putting you work on Stock sites or selling you work. Ok you can take gain out using either Lightroom or Photoshop but the change the image a little, fine balance really.

@kevin1877uk that is good that it come out it is very pretty. But if you know ehat you are doing I guess you can take a picture in ajy lighting.

They do move at times all because of the wind but otherwise they are fine and I'm happy to take their photo.

@kevin1877uk well there is move and move, like yes they shift, but they do not wiggle, run around or walk off. at least I hope. I have seen syfi movies with plants that walk, lol

@Jessicalynnt Cool and taken on your cell phone, there are some good cell phone camera's. I might have to visit one day and view the flowers myself.

I love taking photos of insects, wildlife and nature in general, but I also love taking them of people too. Fiesta times here are great for that, because if they see you with a camera in your hand everyone wants you to take their photo. Here is one that I took this year during the Moors and Christians Fiesta

My father was a photographer and he loved taking pictures of flowers. I think some of the best picture he took were mature photos.

My favorite flower is the rose, and I do have a rose bush in my back yard along the fence, but i just dont take pictures of the roses on it all that often. I do like the fact though, that when I do take a picture of flowers, I can get really close and get all the intricate detail, as no two flowers are alike.

My garden is a place where I spend my time taking pictures. My photos folder is busting at the seams with photos of flowers among other things. Is that pretty flower from your garden Here;s one for you
