are you a religious person?

would you describe yourself as a religious person? I'm a christian ortodox but I don't go to the church that much. I don't think that I express my faith by going to the church every week

I am a Hindu but not very religious...I like traditions and customs more than religious practices. I do go to temples more for the atmosphere since it is peaceful and serene..

@swissheart In fact I love going to churches too for the same reason...We have a very old church called St Alloysius church in my city which is very beautiful and I visit it often with my friend who arranges flowers there ..

yes I think is important to visit a place where you're at peace with yourself. I'm christian myself and there are moments when I feel the need of visiting a certain church that gives me a good energy

Religious yes. Deep root shoving bible in your face, no. Religion to me is a person choice that people choose to take a journey with their God of choice.

@swissheart I was raised in the Christian beliefs. I enjoy learning about all different kinds of religions. It helps me to be more understanding and tolerant of other religions different than my own. Where I live you mainly see Christians and catholics. Some claim Pagan but I am not sure where they worship.

I'm a religious person because I have a strong faith in our God and I always pray for His guidance and love to my family, friends and for the whole world.

if you live with the guide lines of your religion and never do what you shouldn't do and you are doing the best of what you can do , then you are a religious person ... :) as religion asks for the best of what you can do not the best it said to do . and if you dont ask questions then you will not know if your on the right path or not
