Name change
Many of you may know I have an Etsy store selling my knitted products. It’s “All things hand knitted” which is ok be it doesn’t represent me and who I am.
Over the last week I’ve been looking at change the man and branding my products and store. I did think of a name while I was trying to sleep but didn’t write it down and I can’t remember it.
Then I came up with “Manmade Knitting” it represent me and who I am however I’m a little unsure so I thought I would open it up to you guys. Which do you think sounds okay?
Maybe none and I should look for another one.

ok, I LOVE Manmade knitting (Manmade Knits? lol), the pun there made me giggle, just popped over and your stuff is gorgeous. My only suggestion might be more people wearing stuff, since those photos have more appeal.

Another vote for Manmade Creations, or Strictly Manmade would work. Then you do not limit yourself to knitted items.

I just looked up your store. Wow, very cool knitting @kevin1877uk ! I actually think Manmade Knitting can work (granted no one else has that name already)! I don't know many male knitters - and "Man" made sounds so appropriate - something you should show off!

Thank you for you kind words, much appreciated. I'so glad you like the idea of "Manmade Knitting" I personally don't know of any other men that can knit.

I am a bit divided here. As there are only a few men who are knitting, I am not sure that associating Man and Knitting is commercially good. But on the other side it can be well received by women. "All things hand knitted" is not enough personal. You should perhaps try to put your name in the trademark "Kevin Knitting" ???

It sounds okay but I'm not sure that "manmade" really tells the whole story as it could just imply human rather than male.
I hate it when I lose ideas while I'm asleep. Often I'm awake enough to write them down, but not always.

Yeah don't you just hate it when that happens.
I like the idea but not totally sure, maybe I'll leave it for a few days and then go from there.
