Which jobs can earn money by working 2-3 hours on holidays and weekends in India?

I have seen many students and civil service aspirants in Delhi facing lots of hardship while studying/preparing for civil services. The room rent is exorbitant and the living condition is not so good. Over and above, they have to get money from parents every month, which is taxing for parents in most of the cases. So, it would be better to get some part-time income during holidays/week-ends for these young students.
Friends, kindly suggest some useful ways of earning money on holidays and week-ends in India.

Unfortunately in India, students don't get much opportunity to work in these fast food chains. Unemployment rate is on higher side.

@SIMPLYD Generally no. Because in India, the food chains get full-time staff at comparatively lower rate because unemployment is high.

I would prompt such people to work for social services. Collecting monies for some established NGO. That is because civil services folks should become aware of the problems facing the country, and wrong practices. They should also be aware of wrong practices that need to be curtailed. In general, for every 1000 such a student can collect for NGO, he or she would be entitled for 200 to 250. The country has plenty of such requirement. Right now, it is MBA students who are earning like that. Second thing is websites like freelancer, odesk, iwriter, Guru, and a few Indian sites the names of which I cannot recall off hand.

@SHARINGPARTHA ..I encourage people to donate only by cheques and always claim IT rebates. Most people don't, and that is where it gets wrong. I don't really know which NGOs you are referring to. We donate to SOS Children's village, and Helpage India. About four weeks ago, we donated some sums to SOS and even collected receipts, but so far the necessary intimations have not been received. I might just have to do a little follow up. Another thing is, they can collectively start a professional service for paying bills, LIC premiums, etc., many elderly people do not know how to do that, and are struggling with it. Since they would be helping elderly people, they can keep the charges to a minimum. Or they can tell elderly we will teach you how to use smartphones, so that you are pretty much independent and you can pay us so much - not charging much of course. Buying vegetables and bringing them to the doorstep is another help elderly would love. Problem is in our country we use building's watchman for it, effectively creating unemployment and exploiting the watchman as well. When is he to sleep? An cash should be strictly avoided. Iwriter you wont get much on weekends. But other sites are competitive and you can bid for the task which runs over weekend.

I like your suggestion. But as a Government Officer I have first-hand knowledge regarding activities of various NGOs. Many NGOs indulge in undesirable activities, which may not be directly illegal. Moreover, proper accounting of donations is not done.
