I bought these tickets a month ago for a friends birthday. She had every excuses not to go (she's the same one who cancelled for another days event). I simple don't bother inviting her anymore.
The tickets are decent $15 for the day 2 people or more (basically you get $30 to spend).
I just asked a couple other people if they wanted to go with me and use them up considering they expire in 3 days might as well. My iron infusion was cancelled for tomorrow so it's perfect.

I did ask a friend from the shelter to go so hopefully she finishes work

It would certain be a far trek tomorrow if you did. But it does sound fun, and sit talking with people.
