Almost every day I go through this...what to have for dinner?! My husband works shifts and this week is easier as he is on early shift - 6am-2pm, so will be at home in the evenings to eat with me which is obviously nicer for me. It will be a case of going through the cupboards and seeing what we have, I know there is a bag of cous cous, so maybe a curry type affair...we shall see!

I think you can create a great meal if you have many great sauce. Sauce adds taste to simple food like potato, rice, and noodle.
Chicken tastes nice no matter how you cook it.
I personally like instant ramen. There are so many varieties now. The challenge is to avoid using the seasoning, and to have a tasty meal by adding healthy seasoning.

Well I know tonight I'll order out. I don't know WHAT that will be yet but I have an idea. Atleast that's one meal I dn't have to worry about.

As I live alone, I think in the last moment what I will have unless I have visitors. Leftovers made in different ways are favorites for me.
