Do you like people to follow you everywhere for 4 weeks in your workplace?

This is the way that US companies are treating their workers who have been working faithfully for many years.
The US companies let outsourcing companies send their staff to shadow their employees for a few weeks.
The outsourced staff even follow the employees to the toilets.
In the end, the jobs get outsourced to overseas, and the workers are laid off.

Sadly, in society now a days it's all about money and how to save it. So many overseas companies will do the cheapier and really have no laws like the US does.

It is the right of a company to hire and fire.
As long as the company is giving them termination notice or notice in lieu of pay, there is nothing that the employees can do.
It is an big problem for the developed nations. They just cannot stop the jobs from leaving the country.
