Tired of their childish behaviours

I have been avoiding the shelter all together now it's getting pathetic. There is 3 departments, now the shelter is under a lot of change lately BUT this is just immaturity.
The one department (dogs) has been basically attacking verbally the other two departments. The one lady because she wants everything to be her way, if you disagree she will back stab you, and find a way to get rid of you. In a way she is in her 30's married 2 kids, and clearly hates her life by the way she speaks, and negativitiy towards others. The other lady is in her late 40's older kids marriage issues and always has something negative and rude to say.
Whereas the 3 of us who run the other departments are all single independent woman For the most part we all tend to like our lives and happy what we do with the shelter. We don't really care what the others are doing just as long as we are helping animals.
The other day it started when the one lady called a lady about her bird, carried on with the lady saying it was her bird Yet, it wasn't but she made the lady think this bird was hers that we found. She deals with dogs not small animals (so she has no reason remotely to even call the lady). So we filed a complaint against her, a week alter we get a complaint saying I don't reply to emails (yet how would they know only because this lady got in the middle of out department and caused issues).
We all just ignored her, until we came in to half our supplies thrown out as well as another department. It's now going back and forth. We have legit complaints they come back with something stupid and childish. We are trying to ignore them, but they keep causing drama. It's to the point where I am thinking of leaving. I don't go to the shelter to deal with immature adults who hate their lives needing to try and push things on us to make us unhappy.

I can't stand being in a working environment where adults behave in a childish manner. It's even worse when they affect other people's work. They might as well choose to do something that they won't ever complain about.

Exactly! It always makes me wonder do they really hate their lives that much that they need to take it out on others.

No, there is not. I think the only reason I am still there is that I work in a different department and don't have to deal with them as often.

You should quit working there. Why put up with childish acting adults.

We all volunteer and yes it's rather annoying dealing with their childish behaviour. They keep just bringing things up over and over things that don't even matter. We are trying to ignore them but it comes back to none of us want to be there anymore because of them.
