On NCIS tonight they are investigating a murder and it seems a couple are the culprits. (It gets nasty too--Ugh! Did you see it? Moving the woman right along with their personal effects ) What some people will do for money. So what is the weirdest story of people doing the unheard of for money that you have heard? Mine would be the women who killed her entire family for their life insurance. She would talk them into getting it and then feed them smoothies with anti-freeze in it. Killed several kids and her hubby. What's yours?

@celticeagle Oh, now I realise where the confusion originates from. You are in the United States and are probably watching series 13, which has not been televised in England yet.
If I remember, I will come back and give my opinion once it has been shown here in a couple of years.

@Asylum .....You are really that behind on the shows? I wasn't aware. Hope I didn't give anything away.

All for getting their life insurance? That's crazy. I think the most unusual one would be that guy that I wrote about in my post who sold his last name to the highest bidder.

@celticeagle That is really strange! Why would someone buy a last night?

There is a channel on TV that shows a lot of crimes done for insurance money. They are real too. Unfortunatly it is part of the side effects of societies that idolize money.

Yes, there are actually several of them. I think MSNBC does one.

Yes. I agree. Family is supposed to be our closest and deepest loves. And these people must not feel love or anything positive at all.

@celticeagle I have often wondered how someone could kill a family member, especially their own children.
