do you know your left from your right?

Could you tell a Martian how to get to your place? Could you get the left turn correct and not guide the poor visitor onto the wrong turn and up to the neighborhood butcher's shop? Are you one of those who like to supply Big Box stores as landmarks but forget to mention the sheep grazing in the pasture three fields down? Are you confident or are you cringing in your cup of cold cocoa? Or maybe you gave the bizarre set of directions on purpose? (Who has a warped sense of humor?

Well I think I can direct anyone to wherever as long as I know how to get there too. Don't want anyone visiting where I live so I'll just direct people somewhere else.

I love your attitude @owstalaga. My house is a bit off the road and does not have any numbers on it. I like it this way.

Well, it took awhile with all the details and such but I'm confident you know your left from your right. Pop quiz on Sunday!

I over do it with details just in case. I've been there trying to cope with zipping by drivers and still trying to figure where the particular cow pie is that I need to find.

@sallypup Haha, I'm sure those details will help. As Robert Anton Wilson once said, the map is not the territory.

I am bad at giving directions as I often forget the route I walk is pedestrianized so cars can't use it and try to send lost motorists in that direction too.

I wish my area of the world had more places to walk away from cars. Your part must be lovely. I can imagine you accidentally landing a motorcylist up on a sidewalk!
