I love dancing to Afrobeat, and skipping as well. I do this 4 times in a week. This keep me fit and helps my body looks healthy. I'm a fan of exercise and I love it. What your favorite workout or exercise ?

Lenore Plassman @augusta123 I do the exercises as a way to stretch my hips and back. I have physical issues and the water is safest for me. I want to keep moving as long as possible.

Lenore Plassman @AmbiePam That's a lot of magnesium. I have spray that I use to help me sleep deeper. I can't use it much because it really leaves an after effect.

Lenore Plassman @Ineeddentures Good question. The lower priced homes probably are not animal friendly. The more expensive ones sometimes have a cat for the entire place. Dogs? Not sure. You're right. I have had dogs and cats all my life- except for the dorm days.

Lenore Plassman Magnesium cream doesn't leave you groggy? I have cut way way back on magnesium anything cause it leaves me so exhausted. I wish you could some relief.

Lenore Plassman @augusta123 I used to go to aerobics classes. Now I choose to exercise in a shallow warm water pool. I kick and move my legs and arms for 35 minutes. My hubby and I try to go twice a week.
