Synathesia is the quality of being able to see words or numbers in color. My mother in law had this. She saw colors associated with names, and numbers both I think. It is estimated up to 4 percent of people have this phenomenon....

Well the vegan dinner was fun except for the drive. I like their summer location which is a park not super far from me. Anyway, while we were introducing each other I found out Ay's name...this was pronounced like the letter A....

My sister is in hospital about an hour away from us. They are not too sure what is wrong. She is dizzy and nauseous and feels very weak. They are running lots of tests to try to get some answers. She is 88 and we share a birthday...

Lenore Plassman @DaddyEvil I find it interesting that you harvested thistles- you mean the lovely purple tops? Canada thistles? The horse I had when I was a kid used to bite off the thistle flower. I thought it was hilarious to watch. He was so careful and determined.

Lenore Plassman @DaddyEvil That's scary about you and the mower. I only have so many days before rain starts up again. The main thing about any flowers on my place is that they can't harm a curious cat or dog. Lilies would so I don't have them.
