Did you win in Sweepstakes?

Just recently,mother in law won in sweepstakes for almost eleven thousand or (11,000.00) $250 plus as she used to bet a lot especially when she has a money.
Her winning no is 929 in suertres lotto.Of course we were so happy because Mama gave us a "balato" (money given when someone wins).
The truth is I don't bet at anything especially sweepstakes but because Mama always wins,I also started now and hooked of betting but only when I have a money until now I wasn't able to win.

@Marcyaz I actually have a part time job on the turnstiles at the races, but my family does go to the races a lot. My husband used to be a jockey, and I used to work in racing stables too. We live in the racehorse capital of the world, where there are 2,500 horses.

@SIMPLYD Mother in law is quite old and betting in a suertres lotto is one of his leisure time and I bet your mother too.They seem to enjoy doing it specially when they won.Whenever Mama has a money she also bet three times a day sometimes in a big amount.

@Tita417 You know what I tried it too bet her numbers and at that time she won on the ramble while I wasn't because I did not bet on the ramble,only the target.I was envious that time hehe,though,I don't win she never forget to give me a balato.Imagine you will have a money in your hand without doing something to earn it.

@cgalaviathat means you are only for balato haha but if I were you if she's betting try to join her again.What is 1.00 right? No I was kidding. But you what my friend she dreams numbers and when she bets tht number she really wins. but I don't get balato coz she's far away. haha

I have also did that,I dream before a numbers and even told it to my husband at dawn just not to forget the numbers but when I bet those numbers,still I don't win.I am not just really lucky at all.

LOL! You seem to be on the roll as far as luck is concern and I am happy for you.
I am not really a fan of the sweepstakes as the chances of striking is very slim, so you would not find me buying it. The times that I participated are more social like when there's a big jackpot draw and working colleagues would pool to buy some. I wouldn't say that we did not win since consolation is still a win but quite inconsolable if you know what I mean.
Anyway, I wish you luck but don't be tempted.

Hi, @artemeis I like your name.Anyway,Thank you,However,I have tempted already as I did entering in sweepstakes sometimes,It is really tempting the fact that mother in law had won many times with such a big amount.I know everyone would still hoping for a luck like this though what you said is right,the chances of winning is very slim but them many are hooked to this.
it is really hard to win in a game of chance or luck

@LadyDuck I also thought to stop but at the same encourage when my mother in law often won and not really small but big amount huh,I am thinking I bet only for a 10 peso and I won up to $150,so big,.The winning amount is what really attracting me though the winning possibility is a little low.

@softbabe44 At least you win than nothing at all.Unlike me I keep on betting these past few days but still luck is out of nowhere. I just wish will both win soon.
