Cymatics Art from sound! Another Mandala Inspiration~

Since I'm into mandalas these days, I connected it with crop circles as you can see on my past discussion. Now I just saw something else I can connect to it. Cymatics! Do I hear a "What is that?" at the back?
Well I had the same question and Wikipedia says it means " 'wave', a subset of modal vibrational phenomena". So meaning it is again symmetrical as mandalas. (Not that I have anything against symmetry but I like doing things free hand and unrestricted most of the time.) 
In comparison, mandalas are personally designed art, cymatics are said to come from nature or when using sound to make vibrational waves show up. Now crop circles, I still will say, are just alien art on Earth.
On that note, lemme post the latest free hand mandala art I did. 
By the way, what do you think about all this? Too much info or what?

I drew that with a black pen and then did used some photo app filters and a photo editing software. Voila!
