Ways to relax

My sisters and I are spending the day at a resort that has natural hot springs. I'm looking forward to relaxing and it it makes my pains go away and a good nights sleep, that a bonus. Have you ever tried hot springs? What do you do to relax?

oooh! can i tag 'long? i wonder what that sorta thingy do fer my hiccups? might be good, eh? i've thought'f headin' to roarin' springs, tx 'n visitin' theirs....wonder if'n they'd remember me? 'tis been some years. hope ya gals had a wonderful time!

@lilnana1111 what??? ya came to new mexico 'n didn't e'en holler? i'm jest crushed, ms. audrey. i'm sure yer'n the other side 'f the state coz we aint got no hot springs'n my side.

@crazyhorseladycx lol, I did think about you as I was driving through NM, but have no idea what part of NM you're in. Maybe someday our paths will cross.

I have seen those hot springs but have never used them. A hot water bath in the evening takes away my fatigue.

Yes, I have tried hot springs in Tuscany (Italy), it is a wonderful hotel with natural hot spring pools. I would like to come back one day.

I've not been fortunate enough to try hot springs, the nearest I've been to that is a jacuzzi.

Hot springs are delicious for aching limbs. I swim to relax - in the sea.

There's a hot spring no far from my parents' house but I've never tried it. The place is usually very crowded especially on weekends. Maybe I should try it someday.

Yeah couple of times. It is so relaxing for body as well as mind. For me having a body massage, reading and listening soft music are definite result ways of relaxing.

I have tried hot springs. I have taken two vacations to visit them. One was in Truth or Consequenses New Mexico. It was just a little resort, with 8 rooms and two baths. The other is in ojo, new Mexico. On wow, that one is AMAZING. If you don't mind the hour cab ride from the airport, its worth it. I can't think of a more relaxing place in the world.
