As it's a religious holiday announced here at our place. No school vans today on this first islamic day of the year.I know in many countries horns are used very often and just used in very rare situations.Anyways ........this is what I have for this morning post.

it can get noisy where i live because people and private and public vehicles pass by. maybe it would be slightly muffled if we had a higher perimeter fence.
if today is the first islamic day of the year, i guess it is similar to january 1, new year for other countries?

Sounds , of different types , such as the TV , the passing cars , their honking can really wreck the peacefulness of the morning .
I am proud to say the place where we live is far from the main road , hence we don't have the sound of the passing cars and their honking .
What we have are the chirping of the birds in the early morning and the TV bringing the news for the day .

Even I don't like people blowing horns but cannot escape it in a city like Mumbai.
