do you know wrestling techniques and fighting techniques? i know a little bit about wrestling technique and fighting techniques just for self defence or something
just because you know how to fight that does not mean you go out start fighting with anyone just use it only when needed.

I don't know any but i wish i did but for self defense as well and not to go fighting
