Am I the only MyLot member who follows American Major League Baseball?

I just watched the New York Mets defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers to move on to the National League Championship Series against the Chicago Cubs.
I wanted to write about it, but I realized I may be the only member of MyLot who follows Major League Baseball.
For those interested, the Mets will face the Cubs in the National League, while the Toronto Blue Jays will face the Kansas City Royals in the American League. The winners of those two series will play in the World Series.
Overall, I am rooting for the Cubs, both because I lived in Chicago for many years (and attended many games at Wrigley Field) and because the Cubs have not won a World Series since 1908.
In the American League, I'm rooting for the Kansas City Royals, both because a favorite ex-girlfriend was from Kansas City (we met in a co-ed softball tournament) and because my San Francisco Giants defeated Kansas City in the Word Series last year.
OK, tell me the truth. Am I the only one here who follows Major League Baseball?

I am a huge baseball fan. As I am in the LA area, I follow the Angels in the AL and Dodgers in the NL.

@JohnRoberts I'm excited that pitchers and catchers are reporting soon, but I don't think you'll get a lot of response here. I'll be "following" you, but I'm in the minority.

@TheHorse I hope there are other baseball fans here as I would like to write about it as spring training is about to open.

I wanted to follow baseball because I am currently collecting jerseys. I wanted to learn more of the greatest baseball players in the world. I am collecting jerseys from basketball and I wanted to go into ice hockey as well.

@jvincent_129 Time to do some research and see who some of the good but lesser known players were on winning teams.

Baseball is my favorite sport. I'm rooting for the Cubs. It would be so nice to stop hearing "they haven't won a World Series since 1908." It bugs me when sportscasters get on a narrative and won't get off...like how they used to call Phil Mickelson "the best player to never win a major." Once he won they didn't give that shackle to anyone else, so it was like they just wanted to pick on Phil.
I'm all for a KC/Chicago World Series!!!!

We're on the same page there. I also saw a rather inappropriate (disrespectful to the game) bat flip from a Toronto player that makes it easier to root for Kansas City. But the Cubs are my #2 team. That's a no-brainer for me.
