For me this is more a necessity than a good habit - Walking for an hour in the evening which I never miss !

@yaso4u I don't walk in the mornings because I am too caught up with other jobs at home, I prefer walking in the evenings and now it has become a routine for me

Wash hands everytime that is neccessary (after toilet,before eating etc),eat health, doctor check ups,enough sleep, have fun

Hand washing is an important aspects in our life. That too, we need to teach children about this in their early ages.

Sleeping early and waking up early is a good choice. You can do a lot good with this good habit and health remains good too.

Well said Skysnap!, Particularly this will suit our Zen-Y peoples, who tends to work in the late nights. Sleeping is necessary to keep ourself fit and energetic.

well, I have written down my dreams, and I read them (almost) every morning when I wake up. These dreams includes, the income I'd like to have in a number of years, what I'd be doing ,.. etc.. It motivates me to take action. :D

drinking warm water with lemon and honey is very beneficial for our body .it can be taken on empty stomach.cleanses our internal body system.flushes toxins.removes constipation. dont drink or eat anything after drinking this for 45 minutes.

@yaso4u take warm water in a glass.add half a lemon juice into it.add 1 or 2 tsp honey into it.mix well and consume it.
