A mysterious bucket

As some of you know my husband and I are trying to sell our house at the moment. We already moved, so our house is empty. We visit the house sometimes in order to make sure that everything is okay. Last time my husband was there he noticed something strange. In the basement there is a green bucket, and my husband had placed the bucket next to the sink in the corner of the room. Next time he arrived he found the bucket on the floor in the middle of room.
There are only 3 keys. I have a key, my husband has a key and the real estate agent has the last key. We know that the real estate agent hasn't been in the house, and my husband and I haven't been there either. At first I thought that the bucket fell down, but it is not possible, it wouldn't have landed that way. So who moved it?
Strange things have been going on in that house in the past and my husband and I joke about it and we say that the ghost must have moved the bucket 
I guess there is a better explanation, but we can't find it. What do you think?

Are you sure that you didn't make a quick visit to my island? It looks like a friendly ghost 
Hmm, the doors are locked and the windows are all closed. There are no secret entrances as far as I know The only animals I have seen in the basement are woodlice!

@Porcospino Ah, let me check my list of appointments I have a plan in future, which depends on some factors.
Now that the entrances are all locked, chances of animals is remote. The woodlice 
I dont think they can do something with a plastic bucket... maybe if it were a wooden bucket...

@thesids Yes, the woodlice couldn't do this to a plastic bucket. If the bucket was lying on the side it could have rolled from the sink to the middle of the room, but the bucket was standing on the floor, that I one of the things that I don't understand

The mystery hasn't been solved yet We have moved the bucket back to the sink, and now we will have to see if it stays there
