Ever heard of Kirby?

We had the Kirby vacuum cleaner salesman here earlier. Kirbys are a great product. My mom had one when I was little. She used it for everything but vacuuming. LOL Really. They shampoo, grind, polish, do about everything. My mom used to sharpen knives with it. It cleans the dirt that is actually under the carpet. Most vacuums just move the dirt around. I am hoping that he was exaggerating to sell the product. Did you know that the Kirby company has nine patents on their machine?

Yeah, he was saying they could help us and make it affordable. I doubt it.

That is so funny. I remember one time a Kirby sales person came by this place we were staying at to talk to the owner of the house. He wanted to show her what a great machine this was and poured salt in her carpet and rubbed it in. I remember her reactions to this one. It was like a volcano exploded as she threw him and his machine out the door. She must of worked for a week or more to get the salt out of her carpet. He told her he would do it but she was through with him. I laughed on this one. But that is the only experience I have ever had with this.

Well they use soda now to rub into the carpet. Great machine though!
