Incomplete Without Wedding Ring

My usual washroom routine is 4AM. I head over to washroom and I felt something on my hand. It feels that my left hand is quite weightless. To my surprise I only have the engagement ring on my finger. My wedding ring is not there! I hurriedly go to my bed and asked husband if he saw it. I never took it off, well, unless if I am taking a bath. He said no. Then I check out our quilt, my pillows and finally asked hubby to move out of his side. Then, I saw my wedding ring. A relief. Now I am wondering if I really lose weight, or my hands are too dry that is why the ring slipped out of my finger. Very pleased that I found it! It will make me feels incomplete if I do not have that on my finger. Whew!

Thanks God that your ring had fallen off on the bed only and you were able to find it without much problem. May be it does not fit properly in your finger, so perhaps you may need to resize it.

@wiLLmaH - I understand your concern about your ring that you do not want to lose it at any cost. You should find out the reason that how come, it came out of your finger or was it accidentally only.

It must be loose for it to come off like that, and I'm glad you found it. My wedding ring is very hard to get off now, after 50 years it's become sort of embedded.

I always remove my wedding ring when I go swimming because it slips off easily if my fingers get wet. I suggest you may have lost some weight in which case perhaps you should have it made a little tighter.

I am so glad you found it. If it came off while you were sleeping, you should probably have it re-sized and made a tiny bit smaller.

I am thinking to resize it. But what if I gain weight again. Hahaha! I hope it will not happen again.
