Immature reactions

There are a few people in our world that have some immature reactions or attitudes towards most of the stuff that they go through during their daily life. I want to share with you one example of that kind of reactions that I consider them to be immature. There was a young lady that was wearing some sort of really nice leggings that made her look really attractive to the male brain. There was one guy that was in a car and when he saw that young lady walking around he started to yell like crazy and get really immature just like a child would react when he sees a new really amazing looking toy. I understand the fact that when the male brain sees something like that, it perceives it as something stunningly beautiful and exciting but this does not mean that they should start to act like crazy and yell in public places like that guy did. At some point they might even look and act crazy. There are even some songs which say that "you make/drive me crazy" and stuff like that. What do you think of people that have such reactions? Do they have any chance to ever mature themselves or they are doomed to behave this way all their lives because it is supposedly in their nature to be this way?
