I Feel So Sad

Actually , until now , I feel sad . 
The other day there appeared on my smartphone’s screen permanently , a written details of my device .
It is on top of the icons of my apps and can’t see them , when there’s a need to open them .
I had it checked by the IT head but to no avail it’s still there .
Yesterday , I had it checked up at a famous repair shop on a mall , since the phone provider said it is out of their warranty anymore.
The repair shop had it re-programmed after doing all they can to remove that “message” from the screen , but still it’s there .
So last night , they told me to leave it with them so they can further look for an operating system that can remove it and gave me a receipt for leaving it with them .
I went home like a zombie and sad .
What if my bosses and our daughter calls and texts ? I messaged them thru messenger on my netbook when I arrived home .
But oh , m y two favorite games will be gone and if it will be re-installed I will have to begin at their lowest levels . Oh my ! 
I realized , I am now so attached with my phone . I wasn’t even able to sleep well last night .
There was no alarm that woke me up this morning . I forgot , husband’s phone could have done that .
I hope and pray this evening when I come back for it, it will already be okay .

I am constantly surprised and amazed at the dependency people have on their phones. My phones, land line and cell are for talking, nothing else. I am not dependent on either one of them. Now take my computer away from me and I will have a problem.

Good for you . Me, i am dependent on it , because it's where my daughter , who is in a far city studying and i would always communicate . Besides my boss sometimes would give instructions through my cellphone .

@simone10 They returned it to me the other day with the message on top of the apps still there . They said that its a hardware that is needed to be replaced but would could like getting a new phone . Oh no , i don't want that .
ANyway , it is still so operational and looks like new . No need to replace it because after 8 months or more , the service provider will give me a new one since it's under a plan .

I still am , because it isn't yet removed , that device's details . But meanwhile I am using it to call and text .
I shall bring it back to Samsung service center tomorrow as they instructed me.
Hopefully it can finally be removed - that bothersome missive .

Mine is very much operational . I went to Samsung Service center a while ago to have them remedy it .

You are like my mother-in-law .
Her phone is one the second floor where her bedroom is . Yet she is always downstairs . So her daughter who sometimes would call and not be answered don't ever call on her phone but on father-in-law's phone .
I think my dependency will end when i retire , because my boss would always call me for instructions since she's on her office the third floor while i am at the second floor . And also when she's out of town .

@SIMPLYD LOl I guess I ma like that.. people get fed up of calling me and leave a message with hubby or my son. Sometimes if hubby doesn't bring my phone downstairs.. it will be under my pillow until lunch time when I will sometimes start looking for it.

I dont think your product will be okay at evening my enemy. they would say that it will cost 200$ so as you cant afford and you will have to buy a new one .

I would be so lost without my phone, that it has almost become a part of me. i take it to bed with me, carry it with me throughout the house, take it with me when I go out and about and sometimes I take it with me when I walk the dogs. I guess you could say that i am addicted to my smartphone. If something happened like that to my iPhone, I would literally go nuts. I hope that it can be fixed this time, and you will get it back in a short period of time.

@changjiangzhibin89 It" by now still at the service center when i called how it is . The process they are doing is still running they said and don't know for how long more it will take. I hope it can really be remedied .

@SIMPLYD My mobile is Samsung too,but haven't run across this problem .To my surprise,the Samsung service can do nothing about the glitch .

It's still the same . I went to the Samsung serrvice center and they were able to return some Samsung features that were gone from what the first repair shop did when the re-programmed it to no avail.
To0morrow i shall gho back to bring it to them so they can call Samsung Manila for instruction because the message is still there .
I hope they can finally removge that . But it is still so operational.

Not yet until now . I will go back to the Samsung serv ice center referred to me by the first repair shop who weren't able to remove the message tomorrow. They said they will call their head office for instruction on how to finally remove the message .
Meanwhile i am using it with that bothersome device infos .

though its small but its very important thing because in it lots of important thing so when ever we format it its all gone and we have to start from 0 so it not good but we have to do, you are so worried about game then mobile ha ha .

Thank you . I keep praying for it because it's now more than 4 days since that weird message got over all the apps on display .
Nice that you will be getting a new one . Me it will still be another year before i can get a new one from my service provider.

It's actuall still operational my dear . In fact, i am stil;l using it to call and text , though i haven't downloaded the apps removed when the first repair shop re-rprogrammed it .
Hopefully tomorrow Samsung service center can already fix it , as they told me to bring it back to them so they can call their Head Office about it ,

It's Samsung galaxy core ? It's a nice one except for this that happened . I will be bringing it to Samsung service center today .

I would miss my games too. I don't have a cell phone but I have an ipad. I use it all the time. If it didn't work I would be lost. Hope its better and fixed for you tonight.
