Snoring - Out!

He snores. Yes my husband snores so loud that you can hear it even you are outside of our closed door. I am not complaining, actually that is my lullaby to sleep. Haha. But lately, he do not snores. He do not have this pause breathing and all I can hear is a sweet escape of carbon dioxide out from his nose. Maybe this is one of the good cause of weight losing we are doing. :) Well, what can I say? I miss those snoring! Haha! Who snores? Raise you hand! Haha. Maybe we need to check on your weight. Maybe losing weight will be the answer for you too.

I live alone and so have no idea if I snore. I should put a tape recorder on all night and then I will know.

@wiLLmaH So far, no neighbor has banged on my door to complain so I'll just leave things as they are.

@wiLLmaH Could be .. But have had it for years. The moment I go out in the cold without covering my head I am in for trouble.

My husband also snores loudly. He has paid attention to his diet and had exercises as he wants to lose some weights. And you are right, it is a little helpful for his snores. At least it is not thundering like before

Most people don't hear themselves snoring. They may be hard to convince. Snoring should not be ignored as a problem.

Snoring is an indication of body problem. That is why if it really loud and the one who snores seems chasing for his breath, that needs a medical attention.
