How shelters get bad names

The girl who is the corrdinator at the shelter wants me to lie when someone adopts an animal to them. A few need their teeth done yet she doesn't want to fork out the vet bills we can afford.
Wow! So she basically wants me not to tell them so someone adopts them forks out thousands of dollars or kills the rabbit. I can't believe how ridiculous, and neglect she does to animals.
This is why I have been considering leave because of her behaviour. She doesn't see how bad this makes us seem, and we are making a bad name adopting out sick, or ill animals. Because she thinks we shouldn't cover the vet bills.
I am starting to see this as when I do an adoption they are vet checked, and not adopted out sick. I can not promises this and why I am looking at leaving because she does lie.

It's an independent one. But I agree she claims the vet says we don't need to do it. Yet, even before the vet talked to her she kept going on how we can use the vet bills for other things, and we wont do it and lie to the vet. One rabbit has a heart murmur, and she goes just don't tell anyone she will be adopted. Wow! Some have miner issues but can cost their life.

@MALUSE I was thinking of calling to ask the vet what she really said. I can't trust anything this girl actually says. I have caught her in a lie before as well.

@MALUSE They will lie like always and then back fire it on me. Why a lot of people ignore nad walk away so they don't get in the middle of it. The last person who did that had the investigators called on her for neglect acusations.

I would say that she does not care about the animals when she acts that way.

I thought the same thing. She is too worried about the vet bills, and supplies. Yet, she doesn't make sure the volunteers are in or doing what they are suppose too. The cages are being left unclean. But the vet bills we have the money just don't want us to go crazy spending sort of speaking but if they need it they have an emergency funding to help.
