No Mowing The Lawn Today

I went outside a little while ago hoping I would get the lawn mowed for the last time. Unfortunately, it was too cold and I couldn't stand it. So, I decided to forget about it. It wasn't that long, I just wanted to make it look a little neater. But it will have to wait for next Spring now, unless we get some beautiful weather again which I doubt very much. Are you still mowing the lawn at your place?

It's warm here, but the difference in temperature from night and day create a lot of humidity, the lawn is wet, I think I will skip the last mow. I will wait for the next Spring.

We live in an apartment so we don't have to mow any lawns. The ground crew here hasn't mowed the lawn in several weeks.

No, I haven't mowed my lawn in months, as it got so dry that the grass turned brown, because it was so dry this summer. Now we are in the rainy season. I do have some leaves to take care of, but I will wait until it dries off, before I finish the last ones that fell on the driveway, and either rake them into the yard debris bin, or rake them into piles along the curb.

Even with the warm days we've had this month, my husband hasn't cut the grass in probably a month or so. He cut it relatively short the last time he did cut it, and it still looks great, he doesn't want to cut it again as its too close to the winter time.

Nope, and we probably won't either unless it's to chop up the leaves a bit smaller again. I've usually quit having it done in October. This year it was done a week or so ago. If anything we need to blow the leaves into the road as the pick-up people could come through any day now. I'm sure ours isn't long enough again to bother with anyway.
