Free Pots and Pans

United States

I ordered myself a new set of pots from QVC. They arrived last evening and this morning I washed them and they are ready for action. The pots and pans they are replacing I also bought from QVC years ago. They work fine, it's just that they are Technique and they are very heavy. The new pots and pans are much lighter and easier for me to handle. I took a photo of them and listed them for 'free' on just one of the local for my area Facebook yard sale groups I belong to. I am sure they will be scooped up soon.

I am sure someone out there would love em, if not, there are often places to donate or local churches know of families in need.

I know where to donate them, but then someone who needs them has to pay - from me it's free...someone is coming at 5

I tend to do that as I know someone will take the offer up. When I was moving out I got most of my things free, or got it with the money I made online/ gift cards.

@AbbyGreenhill I know some people complain. I gave away a pile of things and the lady started complaining. It was more hand me down to someone going to college. I just gave up giving things away.

I hope your pots and pans that you just got work well for you and that you enjoy cooking with them. I sure would like to get some new pots and pans, but only when the time comes i will do that. I have alot of things i would like but of course things take money and i dont always seem to have the most but i do my best when i can.

You did the right thing by reselling them if they are of no more use.
