I like cats, but I have an allergy to them. Should be a little older to appreciate owning a cat as a pet.

My daughter is now 36 years old. She first played with cats when she was a month old. She never was harmed. She learned good things: she learned to be gentle, to be kind, to love animals, to be loving. All good things. I do not think our daughter was at all hurt by being near cats even when she was a baby. A cat is a clean animal unless it is sick.

there should not be any danger unless the cat scratches her then she co uld get cat scratch fever not really dangerous b ut just uncomfortale and makes her ill and have to see her doctor for antibiotics to cure it. Most cats do not scratch just a few. teach her to be gentle so as the kiten willnot be scared and want to claw at her.
