Bad Pharma or Good Pharma?

Feeling of despair is a feeling that is not a stranger to me. It's a feeling that I wish would leave me. I want to feel normal and good, but unfortunately my brain does not have the capability to do that on its own.
Pharmaceutical drugs are necessary although over prescribed. You walk into the doctors office and say you have a cold they throw medicine at you. You can also walk into the Doctors clinic and say "yeah I am in so much pain I cant focus or do my job etc..." and they will give you pain medicine. I have mixed feelings on pharmaceutical drugs.
As a person who "requires" them to function "normally" I don't know what I would do without them. Then again what did people do 100 years ago if they were sad or anxious. I will tell you they probably just dealt with it!

I agree that some people require meds, but also that doctors way over-prescribe them! When I was searching for a new primary care doctor a few years ago, I went to some website where you could read the reviews patients left about them. I found this one doctor that someone had recommended to me, but I was hesitant to use him because he had a list of patient complaints a mile long! But, when I started reading the complaints, every single one of them were people complaining that this doctor would not just prescribe them any and all medications that they wanted or felt they needed. That's when I knew this doctor was for me! I don't believe in taking meds unless absolutely necessary!

That sounds like the perfect doctor to go to. I feel they throw meds at us just to get us out of the office and they still make their money.

I for one don't trust doctors for that reason cause i don't like how they prescribe all these pills for aliments when most of oldies got by on natural things years ago..so that is why i only do herbs and read as much on herbs since that is what generations used only back then
