Back from the dog park

Mom, Angel and I went to the dog park today. Mom opted not to get out of the car, because she thought it was too cold. So, Angel and I went in and said hello to the dogs that were there. ;)
They have a path there that I've been told is a quarter of a mile. I kept walking around it, and I thought I had gone four times, but Mom, who was in the car and I guess counted the times I went by, said I went around five times. Whichever, I got some exercise.
I guess because Mom wasn't with us, Angel stuck with me the majority of the time, except for saying "hello" to some of the dogs that were there. ;) We are both pretty worn out now. ;)

The dog park I had taken my dog to had been there for a while but was well kept up by the city in fact we had two parks and when the one was closed for maintance we would go to the other one. My dog loved playing with other dogs also and would pick out who she wanted to play with. lol lol

My dog when she would get tired would just lay down to let the other dogs know she was tired and didn't want to play anymore. They seemed to respect this. Now that I have acquired another dog and she is still a puppy i wish i could take her to a dog park but I can't as they have none around here.

This dog park has only been here a year or two I think. We just found out about it this year. My dog loves playing with other dogs. ;)

Hi, when I lived in Mesa, AZ I used to take Honey (my dog) to the dog park every morning, she loved it there and she picked out her friends and would play with them. While she played with them I met and would talk with some of the owners and became friends with them. It is a great place to meet people and their dogs. I miss not having a dog park here as the closest one is about an hour away but we are trying to get something set up here in this county.

I like to talk with other dog owners, too. :) And a lot of them have such nice dogs. :)

I still am in touch with some of the friends I made at the dog park even since I moved out of State we had such good times there both my dog and I.

That is a good little bit of exercise. It is good for both you and Angel.
