Do you remember your dream?

Someone told me about his vivid dream of me and him. It was on details! I told him, wow, really in details?! And he said, yes, cause it was a vivid dream.
Per definition, Vivid means strong, distinct, or clearly perceptible... A vivid recollection of events or that have happened.
To be honest, I rarely remember my own dreams. Cause when I sleep, I just sleep. I normally have dreams when I'm soooo stressed out with overthinking and worrying about problems. I think some people have dreams every time they sleep, and some just have a few. Is there anyone in this planet that has not have any dream(s) at all when they sleep?

I rarely do even though I have very vivid dreams when I wake up they are gone for the most part

i think the only thing i remember is who was in my dream.. the people involved in the dream but the WHAT was the dream.. gone the moment I wake up

Sometimes I remember my dreams but not very often.
