He left a message on my hubby's phone: no hanky panky. Mom is going to the birthday party and being driven back.
He was being a good guy. A civil, decent guy. I appreciate it.
The entire family drama reminds me of Thanksgiving sitcoms. There's the laugh a minute uncle, the weird, senile grandpa, the hippy uncle, the trod upon women's libber. I'm still whining cause I want to sit at the kid's table. Please, Ma, let me sit over there! See?? Over there where the other kids are that are goofing around with the melted marshmallows.

How creative. Sometimes the kids table is the best place to be. Although when we were young we didn't think so, did we?

This is so funny! I loved sitting at the kids' table. I don't remember when I grew into the grown up table. To me I never grew up lol.
