Robinson / Mammoth – 2015 – Spoiler alerts In 1959, a gentle minded investigator is sent by the Catholic Church to look into a possible vision of a saint and associated miraculous healings in a Welsh village. A young girl has had visions comparable to those of Saint Bernadette of Lourdes, but there is something odd about this saint. The girl calls her Galan, and there are no Christian saints or martyrs of that name, or any pagan deities. As the girl seems to have genuine healing powers, the investigator concludes that the entity might be a much older being entirely, but the girl is unwilling to assist in his investigation so he stops looking into the matter. The story builds everything up for the reader then simply fails to deliver so this is rather disappointing. Arthur Chappell

I see you have piles of books like I do. :) Pity that this story crashed at the end.

It is an interesting story, and it's incredible how nobody thought that there can be other "saints", not Catholic.

Whenever such an interesting plot develops and then just flares out in the end, it really disappoints me!!!
