When do you feel you have to start looking for another job? How many times did you changed your job during last 15 years?

i work for longer years, and I don't jump into other jobs when I am dismayed with my present job.

I have been at my same job for 10 years now. I love my co workers and boss so I wouldn't be looking for a new job. The only time i would is if things went down hill with the place i work at and they couldn't pay me what they are now.

I have been retired since 2006. I would have to change jobs when my current one becomes boring and I no longer look forward to getting there in the morning.
