Jump for Joy, and while you're at it, Jump for Bob, Jane, Fred, Louis, and every one else in the world who has heart problems.
Most schools in your area (US) host a "Jump Rope For Heart" fund raiser each year around this time.
The money raised goes to the American Heart Association to afford them new research and finding cures for heart disease.
If there is a child near you, or in your family, ask them about it, and consider supporting them in their attempt to give their time and effort to a great charity.

@cindiowens I still donate a lot to the Heart Foundation here in Ontario and 2 hospitals that were both our "saviors".

I haven't heard of this but it sounds like a good way to raise money for the Heart Association. I'm going to ask my grandchildren if they do this at their school.

My kids do it every year. I did it when I was a kid. Back then, they did it after school, but now, they do it during P.E.
