MARILYN I wonder if health or medications have an effect on nails. Mine have become so brittle and split so easily. I figured it was just old age and just something to deal with.

MARILYN Thanks for this post. It gave me a great guideline for what I need to add to my diet. I do eat many foods listed but maybe just not enough. I'm willing to try adjusting my diet and hope it helps. Thanks again for posting this. Hope it helps others too

MARILYN I still have a landline and it's only occasionally these days that it rings. I never answer and wait to see if they leave a message. Glad your husband didn't give any information and I highly doubt that Homeland Security would be random calling.
