Has Webanswers shut down?

For the past couple on months the site has been very shaky: up then down for a week at the time and no one has been earning since October 1st.
When the site starting acting up, I researched how owners should shut down their websites. Suggestions included giving members notice so they can make decisions about content contributions and giving a heads up about the date of the shut down. None of this happened (yet?).
Personally, I think this is the end, but I'm interested in other opinions.

I've noticed WebAnswers is up today. I hadn't visited there for about a year or more but I just went there today.

Wow, I was surprised to see it up, but the activity is way down. As it should be since there have been no pay outs since October. I wonder how many members are now on mylot?

@sherryericha With just one person on their Leaderboard, that means only one person was either able to access the questions (I can't. The site throws me out when I try.) or could leave an answer after accessing them.
From the outside, I can't tell which is correct, but no matter, as that person won't get paid for their trouble.
